The Health Department will be out to test the lake again on Monday.

The Lake County Health Department took water samples from Long Lake on Friday, August 14, 2015 and again found high levels of blue green algae. As a reminder, blue green algae produces microcystin toxin and can be dangerous to humans and animals. The Health Department recommends NO CONTACT with the algae blooms.
