It's that time again! LLISA's biennial Venetian Night is THIS SATURDAY, July 1, 2017! Illuminate those boats and meet at the mouth of Squaw Creek on Long Lake's west end a bit before sunset. The parade will begin soon after. See you there!  Photo courtesy of visitlakecounty.org

The repairs to the hoists at the dam are complete! As always, please use great caution when using the hoists. The electric hoists at the dam are currently down for repair. We are working on a fix right now, but the hoists will remain out of operation through the weekend. The manual hoists are still available. Sorry for the inconvenience.
These 2 files are map layers for Google Earth. The FEMA map shows flood plains. FYI you have to be zoomed way in to just about a property size for the maps to display flood plain info. The watershed map shows an outline of the 3 watersheds that feed into Long Lake. If you open it in Google Earth, you can view each of the watershed outlines individually, or the watershed as a whole.
